If user needs to post whole Bill Value of Stock Issue in Ledger Transaction after Receipt of some amount in Cash, the user needs to follow the below steps:

•  Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Zero'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Zero' window will appear.

• In 'Cash receive/paid in Stock Add/Less post in Cash / Party ledger' option, the user will select 'P'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• Suppose the bill value of secondary bill is Rs 112 and the user has received Rs 100 so the outstanding is amounting Rs 12.

 After following the above steps, the software will be posted the full value of Secondary bill in ledger transaction after receipt some amount in cash.
