How to generate separate bill on store basis of Store in Marg Software ?
In order to Generate Separate bills on the basis of Store, the user needs to follow the below steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Auto Generate'.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- A 'Auto Generate' window will appear.
- In 'Auto Generate Different Bills for Company/Tax/Item <Type #7%>' option, the user will type '#7%'.
- In 'Generate Different Bills on the Bases of' option, the user will select 'O'.
- The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
- Suppose in given sale bill there are two items, 'Paracetamol' is of 'Store A' whereas 'Acnederm Lot' is of 'Store B' .
Now after saving the bill, the user can view that auto separate entry has been passed on the basis of store.
