Process to Auto Generate Sale Bill in Marg Software

PROCESS TO ENABLE AUTO GENERATE BILL ON THE BASIS OF CATEGORY IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Generate Bill'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Generate Bill' window will appear.

• In 'Auto Generate Different Bills for Company/Tax/Item ' option, the user will mention '#7%'.

• In 'Generate Different Bills on the bases of', the user will select 'G'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

PROCESS TO AUTO GENERATE SALE BILL IN MARG SOFTWARE

• While creating Sale Bill, the user will load Items as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Amifru 40' whose Category is 'Tablets'.

• Similarly select another Item 'Becosules SYRUP' whose Category is 'Syrup'.

• After loading Items, the user will 'Save' the bill.

• After saving it the bill will get auto generate on the basis of Category.
