How to Delete All Stock Issue and Stock Receive Entries in Marg Software ?
- Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Kill Stock'.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- A 'Kill Stock' window will appear.
- a. Delete Password for @#* on CTRL+DEL: The user will mention '*'.
- b. Kill All Stock Add/Less on CTRL+DEL: The user will select 'Y'.
- c. Kill All secondary Ledger & Outstanding on CTRL+DEL: The user will select 'Y' to delete secondary oustanding.
- d. Kill secondary keep closing balances: The user will select 'Y' to keep closing value of secondary balances.
- The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
- Now, click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
- Now, the user will press 'Ctrl+Delete' key on software home screen.
- If 'Ctrl+Delete' key does not work then click here.
- Then a black column will show on right bottom corner, the user will press '*' key.
An alert of 'Please Wait Indexing Data Files' will appear.
After following the above steps, the user can view the All Stock Issue and Stock Receive entries will get deleted from Marg software.
