If all the character of Batch does not display in Stock Report then how to resolve it in Marg Software?

Cause: This issue appears when customer has enable secondary setup in Marg Software.

If All the character of Batch does not display in Stock Report, then it can easily be resolve in Marg Software.

Suppose user is viewing  Current stock report of 'Avil' Item whose original batch is '123456789121' but showing only 10 character '1234567891'.

 

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Secondary'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Secondary' window will appear.
  • In 'Secondary Sale Required @,#,*,X(No Need) Separator used in Batch/MRP' option, the user will select 'X'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, All character of the batch will show in Stock Report.
