• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Export Import'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Export Import' window will appear.

• In 'Option of Data Import/Export/Both/Not Required' option, the user will select 'Both'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• Now user will go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

• A 'Password & Authority' window will appear.

• Select the user to make the desired changes. Then Press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search In All’.

• A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will search 'Export' .

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Export' window will appear.

• In 'Data Import/Export/Y-Both/No' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key.

• Again press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Again Press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’.

• Now in order to Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl + U' key on the main screen of the software. 

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' Key.

After following the above steps, the Import/Export data option will get enabled in Marg Software.

PROCESS TO DISABLE DATA IMPORT/EXPORT IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Export Import'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Export Import' window will appear.

• In 'Option of Data Import/Export/Both/Not Required' option, the user will select 'Not Req.'.

1. The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• Now user will go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

• A 'Password & Authority' window will appear.

• Select the user to make the desired changes. Then Press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search In All’.

• A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will search 'Export' .

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Export' window will appear.

• In 'Data Import/Export/Y-Both/No' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key.

• Again press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Again Press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’.

• Now in order to Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl + U' key on the main screen of the software. 

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' Key.

After following the above steps, the Import/Export Data option will get disabed in Marg Software.
