In order to set the maximum limit of items so the user needs to follow the below steps:

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search “Maximum Item”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’

• A 'Maximum item' window will appear.

• In 'Maximum Items allowed in Sales Bill & Stock Less', the user will mention the maximum No. of items that should be in bill.

• Suppose mention 3.

• The user will now press 'Esc' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

After following the above steps, the user can only add the defined no. of items in the bill.

As we are adding more than 3 items in the bill so software is showing alert of maximum item in bill.
