This option facilitates the user to not make any effect on the inventory (neither decrease it not increase it) while passing any transaction from stock issue & receive module.

 In order to know the process, the user will follow the given steps:

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Add Less”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Add Less' window will appear.

• In 'Stock Add/Less entries will not effect stock position. Type #7%' option, the user will mention '#7%'.

• The user will now press Esc key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• After following the above steps, the software will not add or less the stock while passing any entry from stock issue and stock receive head.

• Suppose create 'Stock Issue entry'.

• As the user can view the current stock of 'Acnederm Lot' is 1664 PCS.

• Then we've created stock issue entry with the Item 'Acnederm Lot' contains 100 pcs.

• After the process, the user can view still the current of this item is '1664' Pcs (as software is not making any effect on inventory of the transaction)
