Note: This option will work on New Entries.

If Stock not less after removing Negative Stock then it can be easily resolve in Marg Software.

Suppose 'Carnitor Syp' Item has (-64) stock which was removed. So, the balance stock must display '0'.

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. 

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Add Less'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Add Less' window will appear.

• In 'Stock Add/Less entries will not effect stock position. Type #7%' option, the user can view that the '#7%' has already been mentioned.

• In order to resolve this issue, the user will remove the '#7%' from this option.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

Now the user again needs to remove Negative Stock.

After following the above steps, the Negative Stock will get removed in Marg Software.
