If Sale Rate does not pick same as item master or batch at the time of billing in Marg Software

Cause

This issue appears due to the user has set Date Rate wise Scheme in Rate and Discount master option in Marg Software.

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow below steps:-

  • Go to Masters > Rate & Discount Master > Bill,Date & Other > Date wise Rate/Scheme .

  • A 'Marg Alert' window will appear then the user will click on 'Yes'.

  • An 'Items' selection widow will appear then user will press 'Enter' on selected item i.e. in which item billing rate not pick same as master.
  • Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot'.'

  • Selected item scheme detail will appear then the user will press 'Delete' key on the selected item.

  • Now user will press 'ESC' key to save the changes.

  • An 'Exit' window will appear. Click on 'Yes'.

After following the above steps, the rate will get picked from the item master or batch master accordingly.
