Overview Of Area Master Creation in Marg ERP Software

• Area covers all those locations which a businessman operates along with his clients for the purpose of doing business. In Marg Software, the user can allot area to their respective salesman.
• But for this, the user needs to create area master in order to allot area to their respective salesman.

Process To Enable Area Master In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• The user will search 'Area' and click on 'Accept' button.

• In 'Salesman / Rout / Area wise reports required' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now, click on ‘Yes’ button to save the changes.

Process To Create Area Master In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Masters > Master > Area Master. 

• Press 'F2' key.

• In 'Area' option, the user will mention the area as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention 'Karol Bagh'.
• In 'No. of MR.' option, the user will define how many MR or Salesmen needs to be allotted for 'Karol Bagh' area.
• Suppose mention '1' and press 'Enter' key.

After following the above steps, the user can Create Area Master in Marg ERP Software.

Process To Modify An Area In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Masters > Master > Area Master. 

• The user will select the Area that needs to be modified.
• Suppose select 'Karol Bagh' and press 'F3' key on it.

• Suppose change the name as 'Shastri Nagar' and press 'Enter' key twice.

After following the above steps, the user can view that Area Master will get Modified in Marg ERP Software.

Process To Delete Area In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Masters > Master > Area Master. 

• The user will select the Area that needs to be deleted.
• Suppose select 'Shastri Nagar' and press 'Delete' key on it.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view that particular Area will get deleted in Marg ERP Software.
