How to the resolve the alert of " Rates bases on conversion , Want to change Conversion " which displays while changing Conversion in an Item in Marg ERP Software?

In Marg ERP Software, if at the time of changing conversion of item an error displays 'Rates based on conversion, Want to change conversion!'  then this issue can be resolved.

In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

  • The user will select ‘Search in all’.

  • The user will search 'Multi Unit' and click on 'Accept' button.

  • In ‘Rates in Unit 1-Single 2-Multi (Pcs, Box, Cases)' option, the user will select '1'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now, click on ‘Yes’ button to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can resolve the alert of 'Rates based on conversion, Want to change conversion!' in Marg ERP Software.
