If software shows an alert of ' Cross maximum level ' at the time of selecting a particular item in a bill then how to resolve it in Marg Software?

Cause:

This issue appears due to the Maximum level set in item details.

Solution:

In order to resolve the alert of  'Cross maximum level', the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Inventory Master > Item Master.

  • An 'Item' window will appear. 
  • The user will press 'F3' key on that item in which alert is showing.

  • A 'Modify Product' window will appear.
  • In 'Maximum Qty', the user will remove the mentioned qty and mention zero.
  • Then press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the changes.

  • A 'Save Changes' window will appear.
  • The user will select 'Yes' to save the changes.
