If the user needs to disable SMS code from the item, then it can be done easily in the Marg Software.

In order to disable SMS Code, the user will follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. Press Enter.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘SMS Setup’. Press Enter.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search “Item Detail”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Item Detail' window will appear.

• In 'SMS Item details / Shortage / Both in New Bill' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the 'SMS Code' option will get disabled from the item master.
