Note: The user needs to Login with Supervisor Id to use this option. Click Here to Login with the Supervisor Id.

In Marg ERP Software, if while Modifying a Batch an alert appears 'You are not authorised to use this option' then this issue can be resolved.

In order to resolve this alert, the user needs to follow the below mentioned steps:

• Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's.

• The user will select operator in which power needs to be changed.
• Suppose select 'A' and press 'Enter' key.

• The user will click on ‘Search In All’.

• The user will search 'Item' and click on ‘Accept’ button.

• In 'Item,Store & Company Master C-New Y-New/Modify/Delete' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• A 'Powers Change' Pop-Up will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• Now for Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

After following the above steps, the user can view that Batch will be easily modified in Marg ERP Software.
