If the Cross (X) sign displays in front of the item in Marg Software then how to resolve it?

If the Cross (X) sign displays in front of the item then this issue can be resolved.

This issue appears when the salt of the item is discontinued in the software. In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:

  • Firstly, the user has to check the salt of the item.

  • Then go to Masters > Inventory Master > Salt Master.

  • A Select salt window will appear.
  • The user will select the salt then press 'F3' on it.

  • Now selected salt's details will display. In 'Continued' option, the user will select "Yes".
  • Then press 'Enter' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the cross (X) sign will get removed from the front of the item.
