Cause
Maybe the Narcotic field is to be enabled for the salt.

 Solution

 In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:

 Firstly the user needs to check the salt of that item in which billing the issue is being displayed. In order to check item Salt, please follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Inventory Master > Item Master.

• An items window will appear. Select item 

• Then press 'F3' on it.

• Here the user can view the salt of the selected item.

Now the user needs to disable the narcotic option for this salt by following the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Inventory Master > Salt Master.

• Then a select salt window will appear. Select salt then press 'F3' on it.

• A Sat detail window will appear. In 'Narcotic' option, the user will select "N".

• Then press 'Ctrl+W' to save the changes.

• Now click on the 'Yes' to update the changes in the item master.

After following the above steps, the narcotic alert will get removed while selecting item in bill.
