Cause:

This issue appears when the Narcotic field is enabled for the salt.

Solution:

In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:

Firstly, the user will check the salt of the item in which the Narcotic alert is being displayed. In order to check Item Salt, please follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Master > Item Master.

• The user will select the item that needs to be modified.
• Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot' and press 'F3' key on it.

• In 'Salt' option, the user can view the 'salt of the selected Item'.

Now, the user needs to disable the narcotic option for this salt by following the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Master > Salt Master.

• The user will press 'F3' key on a particular salt that needs to be modified.
• Suppose select 'Sodium'.

• In 'Narcotic' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• Press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the changes.
• Then, the user will select 'Yes' to save the changes in Item Master.

After following the above steps, the user can view that Narcotic alert will get removed while selecting Item in bill in Marg ERP Software.
