• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Category'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Category' window will appear.

• In 'Category wise Stock/Search' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Category option will get enabled in the Item master in Marg Software.

PROCESS TO DISABLE ITEM CATEGORY IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. 

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Category'.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Category' window will appear.

• In 'Category wise Stock/Search' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Item Category option will get disabled in Marg Software.
