Cause:

This issue appears when the user has set Party wise Company Discount in Rate and Discount Master. And the software considers Rate and Discount Master Discount as priority. The user needs to disable Party wise Company Discount.

In order to disable Party wise Company Discount, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Rate & Discount Master > Party Special > Party wise Company Discount.

• Select the ledger in which Item Discount is not picking while billing.
• Suppose select 'A1 Pharmacy' and press 'Enter' key.

• Click on 'Company Discount'.

• In 'Item Discount % A, B, C' option, the user will remove discount percentage and keep pressing 'Enter' key.

• Then, press 'ESC' key twice to save changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Item Discount will Pick from Item Master in Marg ERP Software.

If issue still not resolve the user needs to follow the below steps:

1. Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

2. A 'Control Room' window will appear where the user will select ‘Search in all’.

3. A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Batch Wise Discount'.

4. Now click on ‘Accept’.

5. A 'Batch Wise Discount' window will appear. In 'Batch/Size wise Discount % Y-Yes C-If Party/company Zero N-No'option, the user will select 'N'.

6. The user will now press 'ESC' key twice and click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the Discount will get picked from Item Master.
