If at the time of deleting Item software displays an alert of 'Balance Available' however there is no transaction of the Item then how to resolve it in Marg Software?

If at the time of Deleting Item Software shows an alert 'Balance Available' , however there is no transaction has been done for the item then this issue can easily be resolved:

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Firstly, press 'Insert' key on item which needs to be deleted.
  • Suppose user select 'Crocin' .

  • An item details window will appear with closing stock.

  • Now the user will enter on Batch and mention Closing Stock '0'.

  • The user will keep pressing 'Enter'.

  • Then press 'End' key.

  • A 'Save Changes' window will appear.
  • Click on 'Yes' to save changes.

  • Then, go to Transactions >> Purchase >> Inserted Stock.

  • An 'Inserted Stock' window will appear.
  • Select the item which records needs to be deleted.
  • Suppose, select 'Crocin'.
  • Then press 'Delete' key on it.

  • An alert window of 'Delete Record' will appear.
  • Click on 'Yes' to delete the record.

  • Now the record will get deleted.
  • Press 'ESC' key.

    • Then click on 'Yes' to save the changes.

     

    After following the above steps, the user will press 'Delete' key on the item.

     Then click on 'Yes' to delete the item.
