If " Balance Available " alert appears while Deleting Item when there is No Transactions of Item then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?

If at the time of Deleting the Item Software shows an alert 'Balance Available', however there is no transaction done for that Item then this issue can be easily resolved.

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Firstly, press 'Insert' key on item which needs to be deleted.
  • Suppose user select 'Crocin'.

  • The user can view the Closing Stock of the Item.

  • Now, the user will enter the Closing Stock as '0'.

  • The user will keep pressing 'Enter' key.

  • Press 'End' key.

  • Click on 'Yes' button to save the changes.

  • Then, go to Transactions > Purchase > Inserted Stock.

  • Select the item whose records need to be deleted.
  • Suppose, select 'Crocin' and press 'Delete' key on it.

  • Click on 'Yes' button to delete the record.

  • Press 'ESC' key.

  • Then, click on 'Yes' button to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view that Item will be easily Deleted in Marg ERP Software.
