In order to set category wise minimum margin , the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Inventory Master > Category Master.

• A 'Select Category' window will appear.

• Press 'F3' on selected category.

• Suppose select 'Good'.

• A 'Category' window will appear.

• In 'Minimum Margin' option, mention margin % as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention'10%' and press 'Enter'.

• After following the above steps the software will not allow billing of the selected category if the user is selling the product at the price lower than minimum margin.

• Suppose select 'Acnederm lot' with category 'Good'.

• Now select the item in bill whose Purch. Rate is Rs. 100 and Minimum Margin '10%', Sale Rate(100+10%)=110, if user will sale below this rate then software will give alert of loss.
