In order to set Category wise Minimum Margin , the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Master > Category Master.

• The user will select the Category in which Minimum Margin needs to be changed.
• Suppose select '2K Paints' and press 'F3' key.

• In 'Minimum Margin' option, the user will mention 'Minimum Margin%' as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention '10%' and press 'Enter' key.

• Now, if the user is selling the product of selected Category at a price lower than minimum margin then it will restrict the user.
• Suppose select '1" Paint Brush' with category '2K Paints'.

• Now select the item in bill whose Purch. Rate is Rs. 100 and Minimum Margin '10%', Sale Rate(100+10%)=110, if user will sale below this rate then software will give alert of loss.

After following the above steps, the user can enter Minimum Margin in Category in Marg ERP Software.
