If Conv. Case does not show in item Master then how to resolve it in Marg Software?

In order to do enable conversion case in item master, the user will follow the below steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Default Sale Qty'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Default Sale Qty' window will appear.
  • In 'Default Sales Quantity (BarCode Qty.) [-1 For All,1,2,3...]' option, the user will mention '0'.
  • In 'Ask Product wise Default Sale Qty.(Dont Wait)option, the user will select 'N'.
  • In 'Ask Product wise Default Sale Qty.(Dont Wait)option, the user will select 'N'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the Conv. Case field will get enabled in Item Master.
