Cause: This issue appears when the user has disabled the inventory setup of the selected company. But if the user needs to enable it then it can easily be done:

In order to enable Item List, the user needs to follow the given steps:

• Firstly, the user will Click on 'Exit' button or press 'Alt+X' key. 

• A 'List Of Companies' window will appear.

• The user will press 'F3' key on the company in which item list is not being opened.

• Suppose select 'Marg Pharma Distribution'.

• A 'Company Alteration' window will appear.

• In 'Inventory' option , the user will select 'Yes'.

• The user will press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Item List will get enabled in the Marg Software.
