If All Items does not Show At the Time of Billing in Marg ERP Software ?

Ans.1

In Marg ERP Software, If all items does not show at the time of billing then this issue can easily resolved.

Condition 1: Item should be Continue

  • Cause:  The user has selected the 'Item Status' as 'Discontinued'.
  • Solution: The user needs to select the Item Status as 'Continued'.

Condition 2: Item Company should be Continue

  • Cause:  The user has selected the 'Item Company Status' as 'Discontinued'.
  • Solution: The user needs to select the Item Company Status as 'Continued'.

Condition 3: Item Salt should be Continue

  • Cause:  The user has selected the 'Item Salt Status' as 'Discontinued'.
  • Solution: The user needs to select the Item Salt Status as 'Continued'.

Condition 4: Item Category should be Continue

  • Cause:  The user has selected the 'Item Category Status' as 'Discontinued'.
  • Solution: The user needs to select the Item Category Status as 'Continued'.
Ans.2

1. Go to Master > Marg Setup > Control Room. Press 'Enter'.

2. A 'Control Room' window will appear > The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press 'Enter'.

3. Then user will Search 'Available Stock' > Now click on ‘Accept’.

4. An 'Available Stock' window will appear. In ‘Default show stock of N-All Item Y-Available Stock ’, the user will type 'N' .

5. The user will now press 'ESC' key twice >Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.

Ans.3

1. Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. Press 'Enter'.

2. A 'Control Room' window will appear. Select ‘Search in All’. Press 'Enter'.

3. Search 'Self Selection'. Now click on ‘Accept’.

4. A 'Self Selection' window will appear. In ‘Self Selection type open Item window with Batch’ set 'N'.

5. The user will now press 'ESC' key twice. Click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.

Ans.4

1. Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. Press 'Enter'.

2. A 'Control Room' window will appear. Select ‘Search in All’. Press 'Enter'.

3. Search 'Item Window'. Now click on‘Accept’.

4. An 'Item' window will appear. In ‘Open Item Window with filter of Available Stock’ set 'N'.

5. The user will now press 'ESC' key twice. Click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.
