In Marg ERP Software, if the cursor does not wait on free qty at the time of billing then this issue can be resolved.

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Inventory Masters > Item Master.

• An 'Items' window will appear.

• The user will press 'F3' key on the item on which the cursor is not waiting on free.

• Suppose, Select 'Acnederm Lot'.

• A 'Modify Product' window will appear.

• In 'Valid From' option, the user will select 'Full Scheme'.

• The user will press 'Ctrl+W' on it.

• Then click on 'Yes' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the cursor will wait on free at the time of billing.

1. Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.

2. A Control Room window will appear.

3. The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

4. A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Full Scheme”.

5. Now click on ‘Accept’.

6. A Full Scheme window will appear. In 'FREE Qty. (scheme upto) calculate on 1-Item Master 2-Full' option, the user will select '1-Item'.

7. The user will now press Esc key twice.

8. Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
