If 'Category Discontinued' alert appears at the time of Modifying an Item then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

In Marg software, if at the time of Modifying an Item 'Category Discontinue' alert displays, then it can be resolved easily. 

Suppose Modify an Item 'Acnederm Lot' and alert displays 'Category Discontinued'.

In order to resolve the alert 'Category Discontinued', the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Inventory Master > Category Master.

  • A 'Select Category' window will appear.
  • The user will press 'Enter' key or 'F3' key on particular Category which needs to be continue.
  • Suppose select 'A'.

  • A 'Category' window will appear. 
  • In 'Continued' option, the user will select 'Yes' and press 'Enter' key to save the changes.

After following the above steps, if the user can view 'Category Discontinue' alert will get resolved.
