Cause:

This issue appears if the user has not mention Sale Rate in the Item.

In Marg Software, if an Item Margin displays 100 % then it can be resolved easily.

Suppose Item 'Acnederm Lot' margin is Displaying 100 %.

Solution:

The user needs to add Sale Rate in the Item.

In order to display Item Margin correct, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Inventory Master > Item Master. 

• An Items window will appear.

• The user will press 'F3' key on Item in which Margin display 100%.

• Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot'.

• A 'Modify Product' window will appear.

• The user can view Item Cost has been mentioned '120' but Item Rate A / Sale Rate is '0', that's why Margin is displaying 100 %.

• Now the user will mention the Item Rate A / Sale Rate as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention '150'.

• Then press 'Ctrl+W' key and click in 'Yes' to save changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Items Margin is Displaying Correctly on Item List window in Marg Software.
