Cause:

This issue appears if the user has not mentioned the Sale Rate in the Item.

In Marg ERP Software, if an Item Margin displays 100 % then it can be resolved easily.

Suppose Item 'Acnederm Lot' margin is displaying 100 %.

Solution:

The user needs to add Sale Rate in the Item.

In order to display Item Margin correct, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Master > Item Master.

• The user will press 'F3' key on Item in which Margin displays 100%.
• Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot'.

• The user can view Item Cost has been mentioned '156' but Item Rate A / Sale Rate is '0', due to which Margin is displaying 100 %.

• Now, the user will mention the Item Rate A / Sale Rate as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention '150'.

• Then, press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Yes' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view that Item Margin will display correctly on Item List window in Marg ERP Software.
