Process To Apply Cess On MRP In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• The user will search 'Item Wise Cess' and click on ‘Accept’ button.

• In ‘Sales: Calculate on A-Tax B-Rate*Qty C-Total D-Gross Q-Qty F-Free M-MRP*Qty I-Master’, the user will select ‘M’.

• The user will press 'ESC' key twice.

• Click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

Process To Add Cess In Item Master In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Masters > Inventory Master > Item Master.

• The user will press 'Enter' key on particular item on which cess needs to be apply.
• Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot'.

• In 'Cess' option, the user will mention 'M'.

• The user will mention the Cess in percentage as per the reuqirement.
• Suppose mention 10%.

• Now the user will press 'Ctrl+W' and click on 'Save' button to save changes.

Process To Create Sale Bill In Marg ERP Software

• Now the user will create a sale bill and load the items as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot 20ML' whose MRP is Rs.20.

• The user can view cess will calculate on MRP.
• Cess = (MRP*Qty)*10%
• Cess = (20*2)*10%
• Cess = 40*10% = ₹4

After following the above steps, the user can apply Cess on MRP in Marg ERP Software.
