Process to implement Fast Code Search at the time of Billing in Marg ERP Software

Process To Enable Fast Search Code In Item Master In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• The user will search 'Fast Search Code' and click on 'Accept' button.

• In 'Fast Searching Code [Y-Default  1 to 9-Character  N-No]' option, the user will select character as per the requirement
• Suppose select '4'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now, click on ‘Yes’ button to save the changes.

• The user will select 'Yes'.

Process To Set Fast Code In Item Master In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Master > Inventory Master > Item Master.

• The user will press 'F3' key on item.
• Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot'.

• In 'Fast Search' option, the user will mention the Fast code for the searching.
• Suppose mention '1124'.

• Then, press 'Ctrl+W' Key and select 'Yes' button to save the Changes.

Process To Implement Fast Code Search At The Time Of Billing In Marg ERP Software

• Now, Go to Transaction > Sale > Bill.

• The user will mention Date and mention other details i.e party name, no. as per the requirement.

• The user will mention the fast code on Item Part and press 'Enter' key.
• Suppose mention '1124'.

After following the above steps, the user can view that item will get searched from the Fast Code at the time of billing in Marg ERP Software.
