• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Popup'.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Popup' window will appear.

• In ‘Batch/Size in multi parts in popups (Size, Colour, Design)’ option, the user will select 'Y'.

• In ‘Fix Size, Colour, Design in Item master’ option, the user will select 'Y'.

• In ‘Show in Code if space to display is less than 20’ option, the user will select 'Y'.

         Name of 1st Field :   Color           Characters : Enter the character length.

         Name of 2nd Field :  Size             Characters : Enter the character length.

         Name of 3rd Field :   Design        Characters : Enter the character length.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the color, size an design fields will get enabled in item master.
