• Go to Master > Inventory Master > Item Master. 

• An 'Items' window will appear.

• The user will select the item (which needs to be prohibited) & press 'F3' on selected item.

• A 'Modify' Product window will appear.

• In 'Type' option, the user will select 'Prohibited'.

• Then press 'Ctrl+W' to save the changes.

• A 'Save Changes' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Yes' to confirm changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the selected item has been prohibited and when the user will make the bill of selected item that time software will not allow the user to make bill of that item.
