• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• The user will search 'Generate Rate' and click on 'Accept' button.

• In ‘Generate rates on Y-P.Rate A-Rate M-Mrp’ option, the user will select 'M'.

• In 'N-Fix or change in Y-Item Master C-Company B-Company+Item' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• The user will mention 'Change My Rates' and press 'Enter' key.

• Go to Master > Rate & Discount Master > Price List > All Item.

• The user will select the Item for generating Rate.
• Suppose, select 'Amifru 40' and press 'Enter' key.

• The user will mention the percentage for Rate Generation.
• Suppose mention '10' in 'Rate-A' and press 'Enter' key.

• Suppose the M.R.P is 100 and Generate Rate % is '10%'.
• Rate-A = 100 - (100*10/100) = 90

After following the above steps, the user can Generate Rate of selected Item on the basis of MRP in Marg ERP Software.
