How to disable Batch from the item window which displays at the time of view item list through Ctrl+I in Marg Software?

If the Batch display with item on item list and the user needs to disable it, then it can be done easily.

In order to disable Batch from the item window, the user will follow the below steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search “Show On”.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Show On' window will appear.
  • In 'Show on Ctrl+I->Item List 1-Master 2-Batch' option, the user will select '1'.

  • The user will now press 'Esc' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the batch will get disabled from the item window.
