Process to Disable Free Scheme Option from Item Master in Marg Software

OVERVIEW/INTRODUCTION TO FREE MODULE IN MARG SOFTWARE

In Marg Software there is feature available to enable free quantity field in item master.Which is used to attract customer towards the scheme and policies of the companies. This lead to increase sales,increase goodwill in market .

PROCESS TO ENABLE FREE SCHEME OPTION IN ITEM MASTER IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear.Then user will Search 'Free Required'.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Free Required' window will appear.

• In 'Free Qty.Required on Sales', the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice .

• Then Click on ‘Yes’ to Save the changes.

After following the above steps, the free scheme option will get enabled in item master.

PROCESS TO DISABLE FREE SCHEME OPTION FROM ITEM MASTER IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’.

• A 'Controls' window will appears.Then user will Search 'Free Required'.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Free Required' window will appear.

• In 'Free Qty. Required on Sales', the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice .

• Then Click on ‘Yes’ to Save the changes.

After following the above steps, the free scheme option will get disabled from the item master.
