The Item master option is used to produce the item list of the stock and maintain inventory. Items are the goods that user manufacture or trade. In Marg Software,the user can easily make the changes in item detail after creation of item.

In order to modify an item, the user needs to follow the given steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Inventory Master > Item Master.

• An 'Items' window will appear.

• The user will select the item to modify. Press 'F3' key on it.

• A 'Modify product' window will appear in which the user can make the changes as per the requirement. 

• Suppose select 'Decimal' as 'Yes'.

• Then press ‘Ctrl+W’ key to save the changes.

• Now, click the ‘Yes’ button to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can modify an item in Marg Software.
