• Go to Masters > Inventory Master > Item Master.

• An 'Items' window will appear.
• The user will press 'F4' key on the particular item whose batch details needs to be modify.
• Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot' .

• In next window the user will select 'Batch Detail'.

• A Batch details window will appear.
• The user will press 'F3' key on particular batch which needs to be modify.

• A 'Batch Detail Window' will appear where the user can modify the batch detail as per the requirement.
• Press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the details.

Note: In Batch Detail window, the user will not be able to change Batch No.

After following the above steps, the user can modify Batch or MRP details of an Item in Marg Software.
