• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Discount Less”.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A Discount Less window will appear.

• In ‘Discount less in item master ask in N-Number %-Percentage X-No’ the user will select ’N’ or ‘%’ as per the requirement.

• Suppose, Select "%- Percentage".

• The user will now press Escape key twice.

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the discount less option will get enabled in item master in which the user can enter the discount in number or % according to the requirement i.e. how much discount the user wants to less from the total item discount.

For Example : The Total Item Discount is 10% and user wants to less 5% from the total discount of item then user needs to enter 5 % in Discount less option.

Now the user can view the discount will be picked 9.50% (10%-5%) while billing.
