If At the time of Billing Software is Picking Default Qty Automatically in Particular Item then how to resolve it in Marg Software?

Cause

This issue appears when the user has set the default qty for the selected item.

In order to remove the default qty, the user needs to follow below steps:-

• Go to Masters > Inventory Master > Item Master.

• An 'Items' window will appear .

• Then user will press 'F3'  key on selected item whose quantity is being picking as default.

• Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot'.

• A 'Modify product' window will appear .

• In 'Def. Sale QTY', the user will remove the default sale qty.

• Then press 'Ctrl+W' to save the changes.

 

• Now, click on 'Yes' to save changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view default qty not picked by the software and the user will enter the quantity as per the requirement.
