If Default Quantity automatically picks while Billing of particular Item then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?

Cause:

This issue appears when the user has set the default Quantity for the selected Item.

In order to remove the default quantity, the user needs to follow below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Master > Item Master.

  • Then user will select the Item whose quantity is auto picking as default.
  • Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot' and press 'F3' key.

  • In 'Def. Sale QTY' option, the user can view the Default Sale Quantity.

  • The user will Remove the Default Sale Quantity.

  • Then, press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the changes and click on 'Yes' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view that Default Quantity will not pick while Billing and the user can enter the quantity as per the requirement in Marg ERP Software.
