Process To Enable Hide Option For A User In Marg Software

PROCESS TO HIDE SELECTED ITEM IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Inventory Masters > Item Master.

• An 'Items' window will appear.
• The user will press 'F3' key on particular item which needs to be hide.
• Suppose selects 'Acnederm Lot'.

• A 'Modify Product' window will appear.
• In 'Hide', the user will select 'Yes'.

• Now the user will press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Yes' to save changes.

PROCESS TO ENABLE HIDE OPTION FOR A USER IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's.

• A 'Password & Authority' window will appear.

• Select the user to make the desired changes. Then Press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search In All’.

• A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will search 'Item' .

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Item' window will appear.

• In 'View Hide Ledger & Item-Y Ledgers-L  Item-I  Hide All-N', the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key.

• Again press 'ESC' key and click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• A 'Powers Change' Pop-Up will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Press 'ESC' key and click on ‘Yes’.

• Now for Re- login the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

After following the above steps, the user can Hide selected Item for a User in Marg Software.
