Process To Hide Selected Item In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Masters > Master > Item Master.

• The user will press 'F3' key on particular item which needs to be hidden.
• Suppose selects 'Acnederm Lot'.

• In 'Hide' option, the user will select 'Yes'.

• Now the user will press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Yes' to save changes.

Process To Enable Hide Option For A User In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's.

• Press 'Enter' key on the operator in which power needs to be changed.
• Suppose select 'A'.

• The user will click on ‘Search In All’ button.

• The user will search 'View Hide' and click on ‘Accept’ button.

• In 'View Hide Ledger & Item-Y Ledgers-L  Item-I  Hide All-N' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• A 'Powers Change' Pop-Up will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• Now for Re- login the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

After following the above steps, the user can Hide selected Item for a User in Marg ERP Software.
