In Marg ERP Software, the user can only delete that item which does not contain any transaction in it. However, if user needs to delete the item having transaction then firstly user needs to delete the transaction that have been made with the item and only after that it can be deleted.

If at the delete item software display an alert of 'There is some transaction entry on date xxxx' then this issue can be resolved.

In order to delete item transaction, please follow the below steps:

• Firstly, select the item then press 'Enter' on it.

• A Register window will appear. Enter date range then click on the 'Ledger' tab.

• Thereafter the all the transaction of selected item will get displayed.

• The user needs to delete all the transaction in order to delete the item.
