If " There is some transaction entry on date xxxx " alert displays while deleting an Item then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?
In Marg ERP Software, the user can only delete that item which does not contain any transaction in it. However, if user needs to delete the item having transaction, then firstly the user needs to delete the transaction that have been made with the item and only after that Item can be deleted.
In order to delete item transaction, the user needs to follow the below steps:
- Firstly, select the item and then press 'Enter' key on it.
- The user will enter 'Date Range' and then click on 'Ledger' button.
- Now, the user needs to delete all the transactions or delete the Item from the Bill in order to delete the Item.
After following the above steps, the user can easily Delete Item in Marg ERP Software.
