Process To Disable Batch / Ref Wise Stock In Item Master In Marg Software

OVERVIEW OF BATCH / REF WISE STOCK IN MARG SOFTWARE

• In Marg software user can maintain Batch / Ref. wise Stock of particular item even if customer is not using batch wise setup for all items.
• With the help of this option the user can enable batch / ref. option only for selected item and rest of the item can be maintain without batch / ref.

PROCESS TO ENABLE BATCH / REF WISE STOCK IN ITEM MASTER IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Batch Wise Stock'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Batch Wise Stock' window will appear.
• In 'Item Wise Stock Less /Batch/W/o Batch in Master' Type #7%, the user will type '#7%'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Batch Wise Stock will get enabled in Item Master in Marg Software.

PROCESS TO DISABLE BATCH / REF WISE STOCK IN ITEM MASTER IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Batch Wise Stock'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Batch Wise Stock' window will appear.
• In 'Item Wise Stock Less /Batch/W/o Batch in Master' Type #7%, the user can view '#7%' is mentioned.

• The user needs to remove '#7%'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Batch Wise Stock will get Disabled in Item Master in Marg Software.
