In Marg  Software, the user can only delete that HSN Code if it does not contain any transaction in it. However, if the user needs to delete the HSN Code having transaction then firstly user needs to delete the HSN Code from the item and only after that it can be deleted.

In order to delete HSN Code, the user must follow the below mentioned steps:

• Go to Masters > Inventory Master > HSN/SAC Master.

• A 'Select HSN/SAC' window will appear.
• The user will select HSN which needs to be deleted.
• Suppose select '123456' and press 'Delete' key on it.

An 'Are you sure want to delete? window will appear.

The user will select 'Yes' in order to delete it.
