• Go to Masters > Master > Series Master.

Note: If 'Series' Master option is not displaying then the user needs to firstly Enable Series.

• The user will press 'F2' key to create new series.

The user will select the below options as per the requirement.

a. Series: Enter the  name of the series i.e. AB as per the requirement.

b. For: The user will mention for which purpose the selected series needs to be used.

c. Format: If the user needs to select series wise bill format then the user will click on 'Select' and then select format according to the requirement, otherwise keep the option as 'Default'.

d. Used In: The user will select for which type of transaction the selected series will be used.

e. Sale Rate: The user will select Sale Rate according to the requirement.

• Then, press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can create Series in Marg ERP Software.
