If " Already Exists " alert appears while Creating New HSN with same HSN Number then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?

If an alert of 'Already Exists' appears at the time of creating New HSN with same HSN Number then it can easily be resolved in Marg ERP Software.

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Master > HSN/SAC Master.

• The user will press 'F2' key to create new 'HSN/SAC'.

• The user will mention the same HSN in HSN/SAC.
• Suppose mention '123456'.

• The user needs to mention the 'Short Name' to bifurcate both the 'HSN/SAC'.
• Suppose mention 'Cloth' and mention other details as per the requirement.

After following the above steps, the user can view that New HSN will get created with Same HSN Code in Marg ERP Software.
