If software shows an alert of 'Already Exists' at the time of creating new HSN with same HSN Number then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?
If software shows an alert of 'Already Exists' at the time of creating new HSN with same HSN Number then it can easily be resolved in Marg Software
In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the below steps:
- Go to Master > Inventory Master > HSN/SAC Master.
- A 'Select HSN/SAC' window will appear.
- The user will press 'F2' key to create new 'HSN/SAC'.
- The user will mention the same HSN in HSN/SAC.
- Suppose mention '122556'.
- The user needs to mention the 'Short Name' to bifurcate both the 'HSn/SAC'
- Suppose mention 'Cloth' and mention other details, as per the requirement.
After following the above steps, the software will not show alert at the time of creating new HSN/SAC with same HSN Number.
