Process to Disable License Number from Item Master

OVERVIEW OF FOOD LICENSE NUMBER

In Marg ERP software user can maintain FSSAI license number. which is a 14-digit number issued to registered Food Business Operators (FBOs) for protecting and promoting public health through the regulation and supervision of food safety. 

PROCESS TO ENABLE LICENSE NUMBER IN ITEM MASTER

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. Press Enter.

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search 'Food'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A Food window will appear.

• In 'Party Y-Drug/F-Food/Both licence required for selected products' , the user will select 'Y'

• The user will now press Escape key twice .

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.

After following the above steps licence required field will enable item master.

PROCESS TO DISABLE LICENSE NUMBER FROM ITEM MASTER

•  Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. Press Enter.

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search 'Food'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A Food window will appear.

• In 'Party Y-Drug/F-Food/Both licence required for selected products' , the user will select 'N'

• The user will now press Escape key twice .

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.
